Serving in critical C-level leadership roles for brands like Victoria’s Secret, American Eagle Outfitters, DSW and Limited Brands, he led strategy and execution across all company channels. Under his leadership, shoe retailer DSW went public on the NYSE at $1.5B.

Ed has 33 years of multi-faceted finance, merchandise planning, operations and stores experience at leading retail businesses—including leadership roles at DSW and L Brands (Victoria’s Secret). His well-rounded experience in fast-changing environments positions him to be the architect of the operational execution at Green Growth Brands.
Ed and Peter work as the right and left hands of a single leader. Their philosophies and methodologies are completely in-sync and aligned. This efficiency at the top facilitates rapid change and growth and the ability to pivot with agility, focus and purpose.
A brand strategist, storyteller and strategic marketer, Scott spent 25 years of his career leading creative teams and marketing efforts for retail brands such as Victoria’s Secret, Bath & Body Works, Limited Stores and American Eagle Outfitters. His guiding philosophy is that great brands are well-defined: consistent, clear, relevant and differentiated. He is clear, he is bold, and he keeps the customer at the center of every decision.
His experience in brand building, product development and customer experience are a key differentiator for the Green Growth Brands portfolio. In a nutshell, his entire professional life has brought him to this brand, at this time, for this purpose.
Kellie brings significant retail leadership experience to Green Growth Brands. She has a proven track record of leading high-performance stores and teams at brands like Luxottica, Victoria’s Secret and Virgin Entertainment. Her diverse blend of office, field and analytics experience gives her a unique ability to solve complex problems with innovative, customer-focused solutions.
Kellie has managed operations across multiple retail sectors, giving her skills that perfectly translate to growing organizations in a newly-emerging industry. Her unmatched experience in identifying and supporting developing business opportunities is ideal for evolving the cannabis industry and will be instrumental in expanding our operations.
Brian Logan has over 20 years of global public company experience in retail, consumer goods, corporate and international finance and investor relations. He is a strategic, results-driven leader with a passion for developing people and growing effective teams.
Brian most recently served as Group Vice President, Finance at Abercrombie & Fitch where he led cost effective and efficient expansion into international markets, implemented profit improvement initiatives and was a key leader. Brian’s extensive financial background and experience in the global marketplace make him an invaluable addition to the Green Growth Brands leadership team.
With over 27 years of real estate, finance and store operations experience, Randy Whitaker is an industry veteran with a results-oriented focus. Randy joins GGB from iconic international retailers like Belk and Victoria’s Secret where he was known for his agility in fast-paced environments and building high-performing teams.
As Executive Vice President, Chief Stores Officers at Belk, Randy led the stores organization including store operations, real estate, store design and construction, aviation, visual merchandising, customer care, credit, and supply chain. Prior to Belk, he spent over 15 years at Victoria’s Secret in a variety of real estate and stores operations positions, including Executive Vice President, Store Operations. His extensive knowledge of retail industry operations will be central to the growth and success of GGB.
